Starting 2010 off right!

Thank you Rafael Lovato Jr., for another world class seminar. The techniques are sure to give us that winning edge for competition this year. Our childrens program (ages 6-12) has more than doubled in the last month. We have started our "little warriors" class for ages 3-5.In this class we focus on coordination/balance, team work, and encouraging a positive attitude.  We have also added a circuit training class aswell. This may be what you have been looking for if your not into jiu jitsu, or going to lift around a bunch of brutes in the gym. People of all walks have been enjoying our system of setting up stations for different exercises to focus on all movements and muscles in the body. Both of these new programs have been growing every week. We encourage everyone to come in and check out the new schedule, pricing, and techniques. Don't forget everyone gets a free week of training. See ya soon.
